TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT:
· Assess organizational development needs and identify skill gaps across departments by collaborating with department heads, managers, and supervisors. Recommend tailored learning and development strategies to address these needs.
· Facilitate the design, implementation, and delivery of employee training programs, seminars, and workshops.
· Oversee all training logistics, including venue arrangements, materials preparation, sourcing of training providers, and coordination with participants.
· Ensure proper documentation of all training activities and prepare post-training evaluation reports, including participant feedback and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Develop and implement a comprehensive 30-day onboarding program for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture and values in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
