**OBJECTIVE**The Learning and Development Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.They will assess training needs, develop curriculum, and manage the delivery of training sessions.The Training Supervisor will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
