Learning and Organization Development Asst. Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Learning and Organization Development (L&OD) Assistant Manager supports the OD Head in driving performance development, talent pipelining, culture transformation, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening leadership capability, succession planning, employee engagement, and data-driven HR decision‑making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the implementation of OD strategies, programs, and culture initiatives
• Assist in developing, monitoring, and evaluating Performance Development Plans (PDPs)
• Support succession planning and high‑potential talent identification
• Analyze HR data to identify gaps and co‑create solutions with HR and business leaders
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and talent analytics to guide leadership decisions
