OverviewAs a Learning and Performance Development Specialist in the HR function, your main focus will be to lead and drive all Learning and Performance Development (L&PD; ) interventions for Sales Market MX-CO-EC, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Represent the Sales Market in Regional projects and initiatives, actively contributing insights and best practices.
Serve as a liaison between the Sales Market and the Region, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of general strategies at the Sales Market level.
