Job Description

The role

As a Learning & Capability Lead, you will lead the design, governance and delivery of a program-wide learning and capability strategy that enables ASIC staff and external stakeholders to successfully transition to modernised registry services.

You will be accountable for:

  • Leading the development and execution of the RegistryConnect learning and capability strategy, ensuring alignment with program and organisational goals

  • Shaping and governing the program's learning ecosystem, including capability standards, quality benchmarks and evaluation frameworks

  • Providing expert advice to senior executives and stakeholders on learning risks, opportunities and capability requirements

  • Overseeing program‑wide learning activities, including training needs analysis, learning design, content development and delivery planning, with hands‑on support as needed
