Learning Center Support

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Eye Level centers, providing continuous support in developing the centers individually.
• Closely monitor and routine visits to centers to ensure the franchisees are in compliance with the policies and standards being set by the Daekyo Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
• Routine center visits in order to understand each center's situation and provide consultation through discussion based on individual center development plan.
• Carrying out Area Management Meetings to keep franchisees updated with the latest updates from HQ such as promotions and advertising activities so that the franchisees are aligned with the company`s
• Monthly Review on center's performances based on the total number of students, students retentionrate, students dropout rate and etc. in order to ensure that the quality of each individual centers arebeing maintained.
• Direct report to FCO Manager.
