Caring Hearts Bhd operates Equal Start Learning Centres offering Pre-Primary and Primary education to out-of-school children, giving them a chance to learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a Learning Centre Lead Teacher who will provide strong instructional leadership, coach and supervise staff, and ensure high-quality, consistent implementation of the Equal Start curriculum and operational standards.

As a Learning Centre Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for both teaching excellence and centre-wide leadership, ensuring that students, teachers, and volunteers are supported to succeed. You will report directly to the Caring Hearts Leadership Team.
