We're looking for a passionate Learning Coach to join our Tygervelley Hub, walking alongside Learners on their academic journeys.
OVERVIEW
The Learning Coach (LC) plays a central role in supporting Learners' academic and personal development. This position is ideal for individuals with a university degree who are passionate about education, mentorship, and youth development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learner Coaching & Development
Conduct weekly coaching sessions focused on goal setting, academic progress, and personal growth.
Develop structured, goal-oriented coaching plans tailored to individual Learner needs.
Monitor Learner progress in academic studies and Real-Life Experience (RLE) projects, offering timely guidance and support.
Provide continuous feedback to Learners to help them stay aligned with their goals.
Community Engagement
Organise and lead community events, Learner gatherings, and workshops to promote collaboration and engagement.
