Learning Coach Position – The number of positions is dependent on Ministry funding.

Location: Board wide

Start date: Required for the School Year. This posting is for existing vacancies.

Qualifications

• Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation
• PR/JR/INT/SR Qualifications (minimum of two)
• Hold, or be working towards a 3 part Mathematics Primary and Junior specialist AQ, or Math Honours Specialist (For Numeracy positions)
• Hold, or be working towards a 3 part Reading or Writing specialist AQ, or English Honours Specialist (For Literacy positions)
• Five years certified teaching experience an asset
• Must be a current permanent teacher with District School Board Ontario North East with a satisfactory TPA within the last 5 years
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required, as travel is expected
