**Location** : Onsite in Corpus Christi, TX

**Employment Type** : Full Time

This is a hybrid role that combines training delivery and customer service support. The successful candidate will lead new hire and ongoing training classes as business needs require. During periods when training is not in session, the individual will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound customer calls and assisting with issue resolution. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively transition between training and operational responsibilities.
