Learning Designer - Curriculum & Resources (6 Month Fixed Term)

The Role

We're looking for a Learning Designer to help us bring the next generation of Banqer Primary to life. You're responsible for designing units, lesson plans, slides, and quizzes that make up the curriculum. You will work with the product team to ensure resources align seamlessly with our simulation and create polished, classroom‑ready materials for NZ and AU year levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Resource creation: Write units, lesson plans, slides, quizzes, and teaching notes to a high standard across all year levels.
• Curriculum alignment: Map each resource to relevant frameworks: NZ Maths (Number, Statistics), NZ Social Sciences (Economic Activity), AU Maths, and AU Humanities (Consumer & Financial Literacy). Maintain coverage documentation for schools.
