Job Description

  1. Assist in developing innovative learning materials such as presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and training guides
  2. Support the design and enhancement of onboarding and training programs
  3. Research new learning trends, tools, and best practices (e.g., gamification, microlearning, AI tools)
  4. Help evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, surveys, and basic data analysis
  5. Collaborate with L&D and HR teams on learning projects and initiatives
  6. Assist in organizing and documenting training sessions, workshops, and learning events
  7. Provide creative input to improve learner engagement and knowledge retention
