L&D business partnering for learning consultancy and L&D services as well as deployment/training delivery for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as subcontractors. This role reports to L&D Manager, Southeast Asia
What will you be doing?
Ownership
Consults on FL/region stakeholders' development needs with clearly defined outcomes and timelines
Deploys FL annual Training Plans for technical and non-technical competence development in the FL/region.
