The role handles L&D business partnering, learning consultancy, L&D services, as well as deployment & training delivery for field, sales, leadership and apprentice programs both for KONE personnel as well as our subcontractors. This role reports to the Learning & Development Manager, Southeast Asia
What will you be doing?
Work closely with cluster/local business leaders and HR colleagues to drive the Frontline Learning & Development agenda.
