Responsibilities

• Training and Development :
  • Certified planning and Roll out
  • Execute Certified agenda but not limited to DSC Learning Program as per plan
  • Monitor and update Local Initiative agenda related to sector and function
  • Planning Local Initiative Agenda and provide any tools available
  • Execute Local Initiative Agenda and align with respective parties for successful roll out
  • Gather training need of Employees by any tools available
  • Record and measure training effectiveness
  • Support for special project for development
  • Ensure all schedule training programs executed with high quality
  • Employee Training record both FTE and third parties contractors
