Learning & Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders to identify learning needs and lead annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and training plan.
• Manage training budget, vendors, contracts, and coordinate in-house and external training programs.
• Organize and conduct employee orientation and onboarding programmes.
• Maintain training calendars, HR portal updates, and training documentation.
• Administer training grants, claims, and training bonds in compliance with policies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, generate reports, and handle ad-hoc training requests.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, HR Training, or related HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in training coordination, vendor management, and budget tracking.
