Learning & Development (L&D) Facilitator

We are looking for a dynamic L&D Facilitator who does more than just deliver content—you will be a hybrid expert capable of both designing high-impact curricula and leading engaging training sessions. You will bridge the gap between operational needs and employee growth by creating and delivering learning solutions that are as innovative as they are effective.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Creation

• Identify performance gaps and analyze learning needs to design targeted training solutions.
• Use adult learning principles to build e-learning, ILT, VILT, and blended programs.
• Write scripts and design course outlines for both digital modules and classroom environments.
• Create learner-friendly content, including videos, graphics, and interactive modules, ensuring they align with Valor Global and Client brand standards.
