Learning & Development Manager, Early Careers

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Early Careers Development Manager.

The role will work as part of their highly collaborative team in London, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for managing Early Careers development and ensuring development strategy is continuously improved.

Responsibilities will include:

• Driving trainee learning and development through programmes, training, and resources.
• Collaborating with colleagues to create training programmes, identify learning styles, and curate tailored resources and guidance.
• Using feedback from trainees to enhance future programmes.
• Managing all Early Career matters, ensuring trainees feel motivated and supported.
