The Learning & Development Manager will oversee training activities, processes, and initiatives including induction, new hiring training, specialty team training, on the job learning and training delivery in addition to holding responsibility for quality strategies and initiatives and being a champion of Hyatt’s and Alila's standard & values and is responsible for the development and performance in delivering learning goals and objectives.

To ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
To work with the property leadership team to identify organizational development needs.
