Job Description

This position is responsible for creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan. Ensures that all L&D activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel. Then monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversees and implements all departmental training programs.
