As the Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing learning and development solutions that support the organisation's strategic, operational, and talent objectives. The role ensures full compliance with legislative requirements and adherence to iZi Group minimum standards across the entire learning and development lifecycle.
