Learning & Development Manager

Role: Learning & Development Manager What will you create and do? We are looking for a highly impactful Learning & Development Manager to drive revenue-focused enablement and capability building across Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams at SMS Magic / Conversive. In this role, you will design and execute end-to-end training and enablement programs for Account Executives (AEs), SDRs, CSMs, and Partner teams to accelerate ramp time, improve pipeline productivity, and drive consistent revenue outcomes. You will build structured learning journeys aligned to product positioning, conversational AI use cases, ICP targeting, objection handling, competitive differentiation, and sales methodology.
