    • We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Professional with design and training background to join one of our client in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role:-

    Responsibilities of the role :

  • Consulting with a wide range of stakeholders to develop a Learning and Development Strategy and other learning frameworks.
  • Developing solutions covering a wide area of capability design and development activities, including learning needs and performance gap analyses, relationship managemen and facilitation.
  • Developing a range of eLearning and innovative learning solutions.
  • Managing projects and processes, including workflow governance and the development and ongoing maintenance of a portfolio of learning solutions and content.
