Key Responsibilities

• Regional Training Operations: Support the end-to-end execution of regional training initiatives, ensuring consistency, structure, and smooth rollout across locations.

• Smart Administration & Data Governance: Own and continuously improve training records, tracking systems, and L&D workflows to enhance clarity, efficiency, and scalability.

• Learning Innovation (AI): Explore and apply AI and digital tools (such as design and video tools) to create engaging content and automate repetitive tasks, enhancing the impact of learning initiatives.
