The Learning & Development Specialist provides support in implementing the learning and talent development programs of the Firm. The role supports the Learning & Development Manager in the design, delivery, and implementation of learning interventions, including f2f, virtual, eLearning courses. The role will also be responsible in collaborating with Divisional learning coordinators. The role should have a good understanding of the end-to-end training process, adult learning principles, a wide range of learning interventions covering principles, and learning technology applications. The L&D specialist makes recommendations to improve existing programs and identifies topics for additional instruction and will support other KM activities which relate to building Firm-wide knowledge capability.
