Job Overview:
The individual in this role is tasked with the responsibility of optimizing the L&D and performance management data procedures and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement. This specialist is involved in crafting and recording reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, while also assisting in the detection of patterns within past training reports for the team


Job Location: Abu Dhabi 
Candidate MUST be in UAE (Emirati National) 

Core Responsibilities:

Evaluate the learning and development needs of the company and its workforce by identifying areas with skill gaps, and identifying where training and development efforts are necessary.
