Job Description

 About the Role 
Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored for adult learners, using instructional design best practices
Create SCORM-compliant eLearning modules using Adobe Captivate (or similar tools)
Manage training content, course assignments, and reporting through the Workday Learning LMS (or comparable systems)
Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives by aligning training to job classifications (JCC codes) and operational needs
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, workshops, and learning events
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training gaps and translate business needs into effective learning programs
Build job aids, manuals, and supporting materials using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Maintain and organize training content using SharePoint Online (news posts, libraries, and learning hubs)
