 & Requirements Who we are looking forWe are seeking a passionate and experiencedLearning & Development Specialistto join our team in Rzeszów.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and managing training programs and providing administrative and logistical support to our L&D department, ensuring the smooth execution of training initiatives, professional development programs, and educational courses across the organization.
Join us if you have:
Min 2-3 years of experience in a L&D/ training facilitator role;
Advanced English language skills (minimum B2 level) with the ability to deliver training sessions in English;
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to adapt training style to different audiences;
Experience with training administration and coordinating events or programs;
