Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Management:
  Lead succession planning, competency profiling, and high-potential development.
• L&D Operations:
  Manage TNA, annual training calendars, LMS, and building training materials.
• HRDC & Compliance:
  End-to-end management of HRDC grants, claims, and vendor invoicing.
• Culture & Engagement:
  Drive employee experience, internal communications, and cultural change programs.
• Recruitment:
  Assist in competency-based hiring and onboarding.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years
  of solid experience in L&D / Talent Management.
