About the role

The Learning and DevelopmentSupervisor at Austal Philippines does and/or facilitates planning, designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs. This role ensures that training and development initiatives align with regulatory requirements and company standards, processes, and procedures, ultimately supporting the achievement of overall business objectives.

Key objectives & responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Oversee and manage leadership and training programs for Supervisors and Coordinators, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Evaluate training and development metrics to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
