Responsibilities
Learning Needs Assessment & Strategy

• Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, performance data, and stakeholder consultations.
• Partner with department heads and leaders to define short- and long-term learning priorities.
• Design structured and personalized learning paths aligned with business objectives, role requirements, and employee development needs.
