Job Description

The role

As a Learning Instructional Designer, you will design and develop high-quality learning solutions that support capability uplift and change readiness across the RegistryConnect program, ensuring ASIC staff and external stakeholders can effectively transition to modernised registry services.

You will be accountable for:

  • Designing and developing engaging learning materials, including eLearning, guided training, instructor‑led content, simulations, walkthroughs and user guides

  • Conducting training needs analysis to identify gaps and translate findings into targeted learning solutions

  • Partnering with Project, Change and SME teams to gather content, validate accuracy and ensure materials reflect current processes and system functionality

  • Applying instructional design methodologies and adult‑learning principles to deliver effective, measurable learning outcomes
