Learning Management System Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Education, or related field.
• Experience administering an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar).
• Knowledge of e‑learning standards (SCORM/xAPI).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with HRIS or Learning tools integration.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills or experience with e‑learning authoring tools (Cornerstone, Captivate, etc.).
• Background in corporate training, L&D, or IT systems administration.
• Must be willing to report onsite in Pasay on a compressed time

Key Role:

• Manage day‑to‑day LMS operations, including user creation, role assignments, course enrollment, and permissions.
