• This 1-month contract with a local authority aims to promote positive educational outcomes, engagement, and progression for pupils, particularly those in Years 12 and 13 who are NEET, pupils with SEND, and those with wider vulnerabilities. The role involves supporting attendance, engagement, transitions, and tailored interventions by collaborating with schools, families, and multi-agency partners. The postholder will ensure effective tracking, planning, decision‑making, and implementation of support to help young people thrive in both mainstream and specialist learning environments.
