Learning Operations Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and service-driven Learning Operations Officer to join the team at Suncorp.

In this role, you will support the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS) and associated learning processes, helping to ensure learning services are delivered efficiently, accurately, and in line with governance standards. By providing reliable operational and administrative support, resolving enquiries, and maintaining high-quality learning records, you will contribute to a consistent and seamless learning experience across the business.
