About the team and role
The People and Corporate Affairs Team is responsible for the airport’s people strategy (including Organisational Culture, Employee Engagement, Leadership Development, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management, Belonging, Diversity & Inclusion, Business Partnering, Remuneration, Reward & Benefits, and Human Resources Operations), as well as the airport's Corporate Affairs function (which consist of Media/Brand, Communications, and Stakeholder & Community Engagement).
The Learning & Organisational Development Consultant (L&OD) will manage and facilitate the implementation of organisational development strategies and programs.
