Job Description

Key Resposibility
ออกแบบหลักสูตร In-house Training ที่ตอบโจทย์ธุรกิจและสร้าง Impact ให้ผู้เรียนได้จริง
วิเคราะห์ Pain Points และ Business Context ของลูกค้า แล้วแปลงเป็น Learning Solution ที่ตรงจุด
ออกแบบ Proposal ร่วมกับทีมขายที่ไม่ใช่แค่ขายคอร์ส แต่ขาย ผลลัพธ์ ที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับ
ทำงานร่วมกับวิทยากรและ Learning Designer เพื่อให้ทุกหลักสูตรสร้าง Impact ที่วัดผลได้
เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้ลูกค้าองค์กร ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ความต้องการจนถึงการส่งมอบหลักสูตร

Requirement
มีประสบการณ์ในสาย L&D, Corporate Training หรือ Consulting อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
เคยทำงานในบริษัท Training Provider และเข้าใจ End-to-end ของธุรกิจนี้
