Job Description

1. Client Consultation & Needs Analysis
- Meet corporate clients (HR, L&D, Business Leaders, C-level) to understand business challenges
- Conduct learning needs analysis (LNA) and identify skill gaps
- Diagnose organizational pain points and propose suitable learning solutions
- Translate business objectives into structured development programs

2. Learning Program Design
- Design customized training solutions (Leadership, Soft Skills, Sales, Management, etc.)
- Develop program outlines, learning journeys, workshop flow, and expected outcomes
- Collaborate with trainers to refine course structure and content
- Align learning objectives with measurable KPIs

3. Proposal & Presentation
