Learning Specialist

We are partnering with a regional organization to hire a Learning Operations & Administration Specialist to support Group Talent & Learning initiatives across markets.

This role sits within the Group Learning function and plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operational delivery of learning programs and LMS administration across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage end-to-end learning operations including program coordination, scheduling and logistics
• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) – user management, course uploads, reporting and troubleshooting
• Track participation, completion rates and learning data; prepare reports and dashboards
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders, facilitators and vendors to ensure smooth program execution
• Support vendor onboarding, contract management and invoice processing
