At GSL Education we are supporting a Special Needs school in Andover who are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis with the idea of going permanent!  

The school provides Education to children in KS1- KS2. 

Responsibilities:    

• Guide SEN students as a Teaching Assistant offering personalised guidance and support.

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to develop comprehensive support plans.

• Foster a nurturing environment that promotes improved social interactions and communication skills.

• Assist with daily tasks, academic activities, and implement effective interventions to address behaviour challenges and promote positive outcomes.

Requirements:    

• GCSE’s in Maths and English
