Reeson Education is working in partnership with a supportive and well-structured mainstream primary school in Tooting that is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis, starting in April.

This is a long-term role supporting a Year 4 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The school is looking for a calm, consistent and confident individual who can provide structured 1:1 support, implement strategies effectively and promote positive engagement with learning.

The successful learning support assistant will:

Have previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK primary school

Have proven experience supporting pupils with ASD, ideally in KS2

Be confident implementing behaviour and emotional regulation strategies

Support learning both within the classroo...
