Lease Admin Analyst

As a CBRE Lease Administration Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting reconciliations for small to medium-sized clients to ensure operating expenses follow lease terms.

This role is part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.

• Detailed review and analysis of documents such as Leases, Amendments, and Agreements.
• Ability to synthesize information.
• Attention to detail in processing documents and subsequent review.
• Good time management: prioritizing tasks, focusing on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Proactive (creating manuals, training materials, and QC Checklists).
