About The Role – As a CBRE Jr Lease Administration Associate, under general supervision, upholds the integrity of real estate portfolio data for assigned portfolio of clients. Inputs, maintains, organizes and reports on information regarding lease dates, dollar values and financial accounting transactions into a lease management software database. Respond to internal client queries.

What You’ll Do

• Runs reports as established on Playbook
• Works on client communication cases and maintains open communication with Client Services Team
• Performs Quality Check
• Performs updates in the database
• Data analysis to ensure accuracy of the account
• Participates in the onboarding process for a new account
• Performs other duties as assigned including PTO coverage
