About the Role~ We are seeking a Lease Administrator to maintain accurate, complete, and compliant commercial lease records from site selection through ongoing operations. This role supports Real Estate, Finance, Legal, and Operations by abstracting leases, tracking critical dates, coordinating with landlords and brokers, and ensuring data accuracy for ASC 842 reporting. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing lease data end-to-end.

• Review and abstract lease agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate data in Leasecake and internal trackers.
• Coordinate rent, CAM, utilities, and operating expense payments.
• Track commencements, expirations, renewals, and obligations.
• Ensure compliance and support ASC 842 reporting.
