Lease Advisory Surveyor

The Team & Focus of the Role

At Fisher German, our people and clients are at the heart of what we do. We have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Lease Advisory Surveyor to come and join our growing Commercial Transactional team.

Acting on your own initiative and being a true expert in your field, you will provide excellent client service and be able to advise on a wide range of areas, including (but not limited to) rent reviews, lease renewals, dispute resolution and lease regears.

You will be proactive and always looking to create new opportunities, whilst continuing to nurture and grow existing business relationships.

This is a full-time position, working within our hybrid policy and will be based at our Birmingham office.
