Lease auditor (uk hours)

The Lease Auditor will be responsible for auditing and reconciling financial and data considerations related to lease agreements, ensuring compliance with lease terms from the investor (landlord’s perspective), residential (estate manager’s perspective) and occupier (tenant’s perspective). The role requires a strong understanding of commercial & residential lease language, expense allocations, and financial analysis to support revenue assurance and savings for clients. This position will require collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, legal teams, and third‑party auditors, and will assist in administering all levels of Lease Administration and special projects as needed by management.

Workplace: Hybrid model with 3 days remote per week, based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will work UK hours (08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday) and will take UK public holidays in place of South African public holidays.
