Introduction
Our client is seeking a Lease Finance Manager to join its Property Commercial Division based in Sandton.
The successful candidate will take full accountability for Group Lease Billing and Expense Management on SAP RE, overseeing lease administrators and finance staff where applicable. This role requires strong IFRS16 knowledge, advanced SAP experience, and the ability to present executive-level leasing reports.
Duties & Responsibilities
Group Lease Billing & Expense Management
Ensure compliance with commercial and group policies and procedures
Oversee lease billing and expense management processes on SAP RE
Ensure accuracy and completeness of lease data on SAP
Manage cash flow approvals prior to billing finalisation
Distribute monthly group billing accurately and timeously
Monitor debtors control and resolve billing queries
