Job Summary The Lease Officer is responsible for tenants prospecting and negotiation, contracts management, tenant retention, lease turnover, and renewals. 
Qualifications Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management course. 
At least 2 years working experience in related field required. Prior experience with Property Lease, particularly in commercial lease, is an advantage. 
Work Details Location: Robinsons Naga 
Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (compressed); Sat-Sun rest day. 
Experience Range (Years) 1 - 2 years
