Lease Services Manager (Policies / Industrial Engineer)

To strategize business development processes for the company’s systems for sales and leasing and to ensure the smooth operations of the system of the malls nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

STRATEGIC PLANNING

• Strategize business development for the improvement of the systems.
• Analyze proposals and researches for the enhancement of the business process and systems.
• Direct and lead the business development projects.

SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT

• Oversee the point person or “SAP key user”.
• Ensure that all malls are supported.
• Ensure that all concerns and issues raised from the mall are timely addressed.
• Monitor encoding of tenant billings.

RENTAL OBJECT CUSTODIAN

• Ensure all have code per unit in the mall as pre-requisite of the SAP contract.
• Monitor the creation of code to achieve the given timeline.
