Elevate tenant satisfaction as a Leasing Administrator with Morguard. This role focuses on renting suites, tenant relations, and supporting marketing efforts in a collaborative environment.
As a Leasing Administrator, you will work under the guidance of the Manager in your property district. Key responsibilities include tenant screening, suite inspections, and lease documentation. You will also aid in marketing strategies, oversee advertising accuracy, and prepare suites for potential tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rent out available suites and inspect maintenance issues
• Screen applicants and prepare leasing documentation
• Monitor advertising efforts and propose marketing strategies
• Greet guests and manage inquiries professionally
• Maintain records in Yardi and generate rental reports
Requirements:
• High School Diploma; post-secondary education is an asset
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
